End-user terms

Provider-Specific Terms
Governing Law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Courts are the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, to the extent an exclusive choice of forum is permitted by applicable law.
RuleSignal analyzes only Jira automation JSON exports that a user explicitly selects. Analysis and comparison occur in browser memory. The Provider does not receive, access, persist, or transmit the selected export through the Product. RuleSignal does not modify Jira and is a review aid, not a safety, compliance, or availability certification.
The Support Policy is published at https://rulesignal.app/support/. The initial-response target for ordinary requests is two business days during the published support hours. This target is not a resolution-time or uptime service level agreement.
No Data Protection Addendum is incorporated for the version-1 Product path because the Provider does not process the user-selected export on the Customer's behalf in Provider-controlled infrastructure. Direct support communications are handled under the Privacy Notice at https://rulesignal.app/privacy/. Customers must not send raw automation exports, credentials, or sensitive payloads to support.
Legal notices to the Provider may be sent to support@rulesignal.app and to the postal address published at https://rulesignal.app/imprint/.
Product boundary
RuleSignal is licensed through Atlassian Marketplace. The app analyzes user-selected exports locally, does not modify Jira, and remains subject to documented Forge and Jira platform limits.
